Hi, I've been breaking my head with this one, and i guess it is pretty simple.

What i need is to have a black matrix, then i want to be able to display white cells in just a columnn that can move left or right and just having that column lighten, every other columnn should stay black. i don't know if im expressing correctly.

a white line can be made easily by making a white matrix of size 1*n.

jeez man i can't figure it out, i mean i will have to set all this messages so it follows a pattern than can print white values i the matrix while printing the other ones in black, but im pretty sure there must be and expression to just fill that column and you can move that column also. I've tried with the expressions in jitter tutorials and i think thats the best approach to it, but i can't figure it out, because for example with the jitter expressions examples when you use expire norm[0] or something like that you get a gradient which is cool, but i need a way to fill that gradient out and just see columns lighting up from left to right..

And the it.lcd i think i would have to send many messages to do that purpose.

Heres what I've achieved as a kinda solution, but i think this is very primitive, and you can see what im trying to accomplish... Im pretty sure there must be a more efficient way of doing this.

Cool no problem, i was a bit overcomplicating things so i've updated it now. This should also be easier to read and imo jit.pix really is the best solution for pixelmanagement. Bit hard to get into but i hear proper documentation is on the way

no, for jobs like that, use 2 matrixes, then mix them.

Expression to fill a matrix with just one value horizontally or vertically.
