I am working on a project where I have been using a specifically sized jit.window to correctly match the dimensions of my projection surface 

(this is not a standard aspect ratio and I have been sending a correctly sized videoplane)

at this point I would like to take advantage of fsaa but when I go to full screen with my jit.window I can no longer specify the correct dimensions.

I am wondering if there is something like a use dim for full screen or some other good workaround

hi fsaa works regardless of whether the screen fills the monitor or not.

I’ve got a show tomorrow that I’ll be incorporating live reactive jitter visuals into my set, and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to full screen the window while retaining the square aspect ratio I’ve been using. 

It’s a jit.window (as opposed to world) based patch, that I’m using with a Macbook Pro 16in retina, and it’s been rendering 1024x1024, as that’s about the sweet spot in terms of resolution to performance.

(I’m afraid the patch has become a bit in tangled with other functions; so sending it along seems tricky atm.)

this question is eerily similar to one I answered on the fb group yesterday. the basic gist is capture everything with a 

jit.gl.node @capture 1 @adapt 0 @dim 1024 1024

 and add a jit.gl.camera to the jit.gl.node sub-context. you can then send the output to jit.world and you will keep your aspect ratio when going fullscreen.
