I know how to grab frames from live streaming video into Jitter, and I know how to save these as files on my computer, but what I would like to do is have the files open themselves as soon as they are created and show the still frames on another monitor.

If it is easier to do this by having each frame put into succession in a QT movie, that is FINE with me, as long as the movie updates itself (right now I don't see how that is possible because you have to hit the "close" message box before any of the frames grabbed will be saved to the file specified. (see, for example jit.qt.grab-stopframe-DV.pat)

If anyone can help, I'd very much appreciate it!

grabbing stills from live video and opening them on another screen automatically
