Could anyone give me a hint how to make the jit.window screen (not the object within the patcher) invisible when building a standalone application?

I'm aware of the tick box in the inspector to make it invisible. However, it does not apply when I build an application from the patcher.

"jit.window @visible 0" works fine for me.
