Augustine Bannatyne - Leudar

Im on windows 10 - everytime I open the 64 bit ambipanning on the 64 bit max on 64 bit windows - it crashes immediately - the 32 bit version works fine. Any ideas what might be causing this problem ? Ive tried it with max 6 and 7 - my guess is its a windows 10 problem ?
