I have an issue with IRCAM FTM Garbor, prototype for sound analysis and synthesis.

Even though there are some tutorials and example files on IRCAM website, I can not find the answer for me.

One of examples is [01.09 - your vowels], which is for realtime formant analysis and re-synthesis.

The main object I think this patch use is 'gbr.fft' and 'gbr.peaks'.

After fft analysis, 'gbr.fft' and 'gbr.peaks' gave me four pairs of data, Frequency and Amplitude.

I can not figure out the amplitude's data type and range.

It should not be both dB (-80~0db) and signal (0~1).

Please let me know the problem of amplitude and some advices how to map this amplitude into msp's signal data type.
