Is it possible to generate immortal particles in jit.p system ?
Indeed, it seems really based on emitter/destroyer way.
I’d need to emit and keep my huge particle system with a constant number of elements, playing with them, pushing them, repelling them etc.
sure it is, but not with jit.p objects.
Look at jitter-recipe #42 called Verlets, a very nice starting point.
Of course without jit.p :-)
Just testing this latter compared to GPU based or jit.gen based systems
