I am trying to open a webcam feed within max using [jit.qt.grab] but after clicking open I get a message saying 

0Logitech HD Webcam C310-WDM: Problem connecting Video Output to Video Renderer

 I also had a message previously but said it had a problem connecting to quick time but I installed an earlier version of quicktime and that seemed to fix that.

I searched this problem on the forum and seen a few people have had the same problem and after trying the available solutions i still can't solve my problem.

I am running Windows 7 64bit & Max 6.1.5 32bit
