I would to know how to set a live.slider range with incoming floats.

In the live.slider inspector, change the ‘unit style’ to float.

Thanks ben, but i badly explain what i wanted:
I would like to be able to change the slider range like 0 to 127 by default or 0. to 1. or 12. to 2000. .

how to post a patch in text format like you ?

You cannot do this for live.* objects, or any parameter for that matter. These objects are made for use in Live, and it doesn’t like changing attributes dynamically like this, as parameters are used for automation, which needs to have a fixed range on load.

You can do this in Max though, just help the live.* objects a bit with Max objects…

For posting patches use copy compressed…
