The recently renovated Louise E. Addicott and Yatish J. Joshi Perfomance Hall on the campus of Indiana University South Bend is equipped with a 75-speaker Meyer Sound Constellation System used for electronically variable acoustics and as such can host electronic pieces that incorporate multichannel surround panning. The system can accommodate 8 separate mono inputs which may routed to up to 24 possible internal mix busses feeding 45 output channels connected to 68 individual loudspeakers and 8 subwoofers. The multichannel panning is enabled through the SpaceMap spatialization tool as part of the Meyer Sound D-Mitri digital audio platform and thus each input may involve automated surround trajectories as well. We are looking for several fixed media, multichannel works that may be easily adapted to a presentation in the hall.

The concert will be held on Friday 12 February 2016 at 7pm. We will begin reviewing submissions immediately and a final program will be set no later than Friday 5 February 2016.
