We tried to use live.remote~ on the brand new device parameter called "song_tempo" in the master track.

Without success, because only UI is working but this have no effect on the song playback.

I carefully checked this doc already, and I am afraid with face a nasty bug here.

There is no error message because using a live.remote~ object with this path: live_set master_track mixer_device song_tempo is correct.

We noticed that the tempo view UI element is effectively moving correctly (we plugged an LFO on the song_tempo for instance).

Everything should be fine but while enabling the metronome it simply does not work !!! Song Tempo View is moving while metro / clips / everything remains stable in tempo.

So the UI is totally disconnected from the sound engine I suppose in this case.

What is the point of making song_tempo as a DeviceParametter if we cannot live-remote it ? the live.object interface is damn slow but is fine for that purpose.

the UI part of the control works well but i cannot hear any modification caused by the transport.

Very very good news for those who was waiting for this particular feature,

espacially to control live transport with care of timing accuracy.
