When I bought Max 5 (less than 2 months ago) it was with the understanding that I would be getting Max 6 when it was released. Does anyone know how the process it meant to work? Using my Max 5 key does not work

Does anyone know how this is meant to work?

(BTW, I have not contacted Cycling directly yet as I assume they are probably snowed under with questions about the new release...)

just login to your c74 store account and it should be under my max5 serials
