I'm finding a whole bunch of bugs with the restore from Max 7. It seems to properly restore maybe 1 in 10 crashes.

First bug - Appears to restore properly, but when the device is "unfreezed" the restore is lost. This seemed to happen when an "abstraction" maxpat was included and frozen in the device. There is also no way to "save" unless the device is "unfrozen" - so this leaves you stuck, you can see the restores happening, but you cannot keep them - Max is teasing me!

Bug 2 - The restores seem to be time synced (ie only restored every 30 seconds). For instance, if I make very quick changes to a device, and then it crashes, the latest changes wont be saved.

Bug 3 - Often the restore takes on the form of the previous, previous restore - not the latest restore.

Does anyone else have similar problems with Max 7 restore feature?

Also, is there any way to get access to these restores, so if you mess it up, you can force it to restore from previous restores?
