After having installed the RTC Libraries onto the latest version of Max, running on Windows 7, I'm experiencing an annoying problem with the Max Window. The issue is that I cannot clear any message, whether those sent by the Print object or error messages. When I click on the X at the bottom left of the window at best nothing happens at all and at worst Max crashes.

I have carried out two clean re-installations and the problem remains. I'm thinking something has possibly screwed up my Preferences file but I can't find this anywhere in the Cycling 74 folder...Any suggestions gratefully accepted as this is driving me nuts!

PS - I have deleted the RTC Libraries by the way!
