I can't seem to find this in the docs -- is there a way of sending the equivalent of ";max hidemenubar", or any of the other messages to max in js? If there is a syntax for that, I'd love to hear about it...

In JS is the the Max object that take represents the Max application (not to mistake with the Maxobj object, which represents a Max object in a patcher).

It is a property to of the jsthis which means you can access either with
