Hi there, a little holiday question here...

is there a trick to directly load a specific channel from a multichannel file into a mono buffer~ ?? I know I can do this by playing the file fast with sfplay~ and then poke~ing the buffer~s but is there really no way to load specific channels separately?

I want to do this for convolution. I have a large library of impulse responses as 1, 2 and 4 channel files and I'm just too lazy to go through and deinterlace them all!
