I'm confident my problem has been addressed on this forum in the past but I lack the technical vocabulary to effectively search for it.

When I control my prophet'08 rack module with midi from my microkorg, it utilizes all 8 of the synths voices and I can split the voices across 2 zones on my keyboard - the synth functions normally.

When I make a new patch with just a midiin and midiout to run midi from my korg microkey usb contoller straight to my m-audio midisport 2x2 midi interface out to the prophet, the prophet only trigger on the first 4 of its voices and ignores and split voice zones on my keyboard.

Does this sound familiar to anyone, Is there anything in max that could cause this issue?
