I´ve noticed that when I go to MIDI set up, I can´t see neither "to maxMSP 1" nor "from maxMSP 1".

How can I activate those virtual ports? I have seen tutorials and topics about using a message:

Should I do this every time and on all patches? or there is any way to just set it up?
