I'm looking to use Max to implement a major aspect of a piece of music I am producing. I want to use a Max 6 sequencer in Logic Pro 9 to sequence a synth part for example. I could use an arpegiator for example or some other form of sequencing. I want to include some form of generative or algorithmic composition (with chance or random procedures i.e. random arpegiator).

If you do post a patch, some kind of explanation so I understand what is going on would be awesome because I really want to get my head around this and then try it for myself.
