When I send the "query" message to a text objet filled with a number of lines, the result sometimes gives the number + 1, as in the text.help file but sometimes not !
What is the problem ?

Probably a newline character at the end of the final line? That could easily make all the difference.

Sometimes it gives the right result to query message, sometimes not. ...not when I remove a possible newline character at the end of the final line, but ok if I remove the last letter !

I tryed many things and stay in expectation (good speaking ??)

ref-doc doesn't give more precision about.

Does everyone noticed the same behavior ?

Text object seems very capricious to me.
