On/Off object which allows a toggle to be synced with the on and off of a bang

Hi just wondering if anyone could tell me what object would allow me to have a toggle box turn on and off whenever a a bang starts and stops. Obviously it is easy to a bang a toggle and have it turn on but I can ‘t figure out how to have it turn off as soon as the bang is finished.

Though if you’re not mousing, it doesn’t work!

Oh and bangs don’t go on and off, they just go bang

Ok it’s for an arpeggiator and I m wanting to trigger an LED, so the bang will happen on it’s own accord and I need the toggle to go on and off in sync with the bang rather than to go on when it bangs the first time and off when it bangs the second

so do you ant it to work with toggle or led? if it is led just connect your bang and change to the appropriate "blinktime" in the inspector. if you mean toggle, use a trigger and a pipe set to the appropriate blinktime.

As previously stated, bangs have no duration. You would need a "pulse stretcher" to be able to see it. I recommend using some other display method, but if you’re committed to using a checkbox:
