does anyone know whether extensive use of pictctrl and/or bpatchers has an impact on efficiency (vs. standard gui controls all in one patcher)?
i’ve got a patch that has 64 bpatchers each of which has a pictctrl. whenever anything in the patch changes, it goes though and updates each of the images, which can take several seconds. so, what i’m wondering is should i be using standard controls? or does extensive bpatcher use cause that sort of performance impact?
