The Pitchshifter in the attached patch works fine in max 4, but not in max 5. why?

The Pitchshifter in the attached patch works fine in max 4, but not in max 5. why?
is this a bug?

It works fine for me under Max 4, 5 and 6 (OSX)

The in out vector size was adjusted to big in my max 5 version.
