Unfortunately I do not know max very well, but I am willing to learn... to an extent.

There is a m4l device called, "retune for Live" which is great. It does exactly what I need it to do for micro-tuning. However, when I first insert the device into my set it is completely polyphonic and works perfectly... Until you press play once. Then it will only work monophonic. The creator of the plug in gets polyphony by using multiple receive tracks. That's a little annoying cause every time you want to change the sound of your instrument, you have to do it on all of those tracks. So, I'm wondering if there's a way to edit the device he made so it can be polyphonic only using 1 track.
