Probability Gate?

I want the user to be able to input a percentage from 0-100 as to how often a certain gate is open. How would I go about doing this? Right now I am controlling it on my end by having a metro poll a random 7, which then goes to a route 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7…I route a certain number of those numbers to a 0 or 1 and then connect those to a gate…Very cumbersome and there is no easy way for the user to change it on the fly. Any ideas?

And if you want higher precision, have a look at my rgate abhaXion
(patch below).
If you want the best quality random gate in the world, definitely look
into the Litter package from Peter Castine, and use the methods of
either example…
