I tried to connect arduino with max patch arduino test but i have a big problem ,

i tried every usb port but i can't see port serial com 3. i have just serial com 11, 12,13,14

i dont know where is the problem? i must reinstall windows?

yes , i think because after i connect arduino with other pc and it works

That said, there is a known problem with Arduino and being able to identify high port numbers in Windows. This is apparently fixed in Arduino 0010.

You could also try Arduino2MAX, I just posted a new version of it (Google it) that includes a serial port pull-down menu in Max. that was thanks to a kind contributor in this forum. There are other ready-made solutions ass well: MAxduino, PDuino...
