I'm trying to read a list of names and numbers that need to be associated with each other into an SQL database so that I can access them easily and assign bpatcher unique IDs to each name/number pair.

And it all seems to make sense, except that I know *nothing* about js or SQL, and so don't quite know how to alter the js code so that it reads from a file instead of a directory.

In this example they take a list of files from a folder and populate SQL with that info. How could I get the info out of a text file and parse it correctly for essentially the same result?
