I've been working on a project at university where I've been using Twitch.tv chat to create music. Currently I'm using another program to read the IRC of a twitch channel and reading the saved log file but I'd prefer a way of getting the IRC messages directly into max so I can easily move the project between systems.

I'm thinking either connecting via IRC or somehow getting it directly from the webpage. Any Ideas?

You probably can read that log file from MAX too, I guess it is on a FTP?

Reading it directly from webpage does not feel pretty, but I guess with [jweb] you can send JavaScript to the page.
