Not sure about doing it with [regexp], but you can do it with {sprintf].

What's the problem to use 2 consecutive regexp?

If you want to keeep the syntax you use in the coll as opened as possible (i.e. you may use A or B in other contexts, and not necessary together), then it's fine. But if you know you will need to substitute A and B only for your 

 message then sprinf, or pack, or prepend, or a simple message box is a simplier way.
