I was just wondering if it's possible to read ahead - in other words to read audio that hasn't yet happened - into a buffer, then reverse it, add a reverb, and reverse that again.

I use this kind of effect sometimes but to do it, but am unable to do it live. (I reverse a piece of audio, add a reverb, bounce it down, then reverse it again)

1. play the audio prior to parallel audio.

the audio you want to read ahead will be delayed AFTER processing,

other audio will and can be delayed already when playing.

2. delay everything.
