I made and patch file called "parser.maxpat", and want to use the patch in another patch file "text_parser.maxpat".

I googled a lot and tried different methods, but so far I can't find a solution for this.

I know Max has the 'patch' (subpatch) object, but this can only be used in a fixed patch file and they cannot be shared; meaning changes in a subpatch doesn't reflect to other subpatches with the same name.

Please advise if there is a way to make patch files into modules, so they can't be used by other patches, just like mxj objects. Thanks,

Just found out that I create an object with the patch filename and it's working.
