I want to encapsulate max code then script that code by using thispatcher. I have been able to do this with the scripting name in the inspector. Doing this with encapsulated code gives a different result. The encapsulated object appears but the data does not save inside it. Any ideas? Thank in advanced!

I solved my problem. It works if you save a subpatch as an abstraction. This way it treats the subpatch as an object, which then can be scripted.
