im working on a g5 dual, and i try work with the serial object.

on my laptop i receive all my ports listed in maxwindow when i press "print" in the helpfile.

on the g5 it says "error: specified ports not available"

wrong settings somewhere on the preferences. where could the bug be?

can maybee someone help me?

sorry correction: when i press the button print on the g5 it says:

it doesnt recognise anything. just writes status: port

there are no additional informations, like a or b or something like that.
