I'm having problems recording an audio file in my HD. I'm just using (sfrecord~ 2) and the file is often damage with a crappy noise, why is it happening? 

The patch is just the sfrecord~ 2 and sfplay~ to hear the sampler.

Make sure you stop the recording before turning off audio processing? The only sfrecord issue I've had was when making reeeeeaaaaalllly long recordings that hung Max when I hit stop, the file created would be corrupted. They just wouldn't play at all. I've used SoundHack (awesome free application) to update the header and recovered the recording. This doesn't sound like your problem though. Could you post a patch that demonstrates the malfunction?
