I just installed a Windows 7 64 bits OS on my pc laptop.

After installing Max 5.1.4 from the download page I noticed Windows sees it as a 32 bits application.

Should Max be a 64 bits application in Windows or is it ok ?

Maybe I wasn't clear enough (sorry for the english)

Is there a special install to have Max work in 64 ?

Also this is weird : the download link for Windows was dated 29 April yesterday and today it is dated 9 February ...

Are there other windows 7 users here ?

Max5 is a 32 bit application. It works fine in Windows 7 64bit, as a 32 bit application. At some point in the future we shall release a 64 bit version of MaxMSP.
