I'm making a sequencer that hopefully will combine 32 beat and 16 beat cycles using the same metronome. I tried (and failed) to use two counters however they were always out of sync. I then thought that using an if, then statement to minus 15 once the counter was greater than 15 (between 16 and 31) however the statement locks the output at 15 rather than minusing it. Here is the statement:

Or use two counters. They should be in sync. Just be sure they are reset when needed.
