I apologize for my english, Ill do my best effort to explain my problem.

Im working in a mapping. I have a 2048x1536 H264 video which I am cutting in 3 blocks (1024x768) with jit.submatrix and then I use them as texture in 3 openGL context, one for each part of the video.

I send each jit.window to a diferent matrox triple head2go output but when I want to rebiuld the image I have a bit of delay between the diferent contexts.

Im working on a Mac Pro 8cores 16gb RAM ATI radeon 512mb (I dont remember the model now)

Do you know any way to solve this problem?

hi moved your topic to the jitter forum, which is the appropriate forum for this post.

since you are using a matrox triple head, you do not need to create multiple jit.windows for each output.

i would suggest creating one jit.window, sized to stretch across all the outputs, and position your jit.gl.videoplanes appropriately.

I did that before but I had lower fps and I didn´t check if the movement in the video was fluently... I´ll try again to see if that problem is solved.

Do you know if there is any way to place the matrox outputs one over the other? Something like to do a 1024x2304 screen..

When creating just one context I have no problems with delays but frames are down to 12fps...

I did some trickery cutting the video and playing from two jit.qt.movie objetcs... then sending them to 3 different context... frames are about 30 per second, but I cannot syncronize them...

Im thinking about the possibility of distorting the matrix without rendering openGL, then to sum them and at the end, render the result... Is it possible?

it's hard to guess what the problem could be without seeing a patch.

syncing movies can be done with the "frame" message to jit.qt.movie.

what codec is your quicktime movie?
