I have made a patch into which the players can trigger some sound-files via foot-switches.

I can give to them time information about the "current-last" sample running each time, but I'd like to give them information about previous samples that might run already and their duration is more than the duration of the last sample.

for example: someone triggers a sample that lasts 50sec... in the middle of the event he triggers an event that lasts 10 sec.... so I need to give information both about the last sample but also for the sample that is going to last more.... [more than two samples can sound simultaneously.... acctually even 70 of them could sound together]

If someone could help me to provide information about the longest running sample?

In your example, I guess you would want to display the 10 sec sample as 

it is, and when its finished switch back to the display of the 50 sec 

For that I would use the position output of whatever you use to play the 

sample as base for the display (be it groove~, play~, wave~, sfplay~). 

And have a zl queue or coll which remebers the order of samples 

triggered. As soon the last sample stops playing, it would switch the 

display to the previous one. Could be combined with displayed 

information which sample is showing its time...

I'd love to see the patch. I'm in the process of building a footswitch (arduino) and a looper. This would be a great feature.
