I am a newbie. I would like to control the paramaters of a VST ( in this case FM8 ) in a time ramp ; let's say for example to make the Cut off , go to 0,2 to 0,8 in 500 ms ( choosing the curve of this ramp using function ) . I have two problems :

1 : the vst ( FM 8 ) doesn t respond at all. It's ok if I bang a message with a fixed value ( message box with number of the paramaters + the value ) , but for the same thing with a time ramps message, nothing happen, the plugin doesn t understand it.

2 : i don't understand why, but at some point the time ramp thing stop to work, ( if for example i load another thing or modify the patch ) ... it's really mysterious . I have to shut max and re open it to make it work again . ( the dac is always open, so it's not because of the line~ object is shutted down )

If someone could be nice to look at my patch, it would be lovely !

Try a speedlim object between snapshot and/or use a higher snapshot than 1 ms...

and the line object wil only run accurate when overdrive is turned on.
