i am about to order max/msp. i have the ability to buy the student version, but i am unsure if it is best to buy the full license now. my question is: what happens with a student license if i want to upgrade in the future and no longer attend school? what can i do to use the license i bought commercially a few years down the road? is there some sort of student to regular license upgrade option or would i have to buy a new license at that point?
