I'm investigating a bug in an application made with Max. I'm not the author of the patch and I don't have the source of it. We have frequent crash per day (log below), most of them related to waveform~, some to buffer~ and a few ones to sfplay~. 

Can this be related to MacOS version, or Max/MSP, or is it a programming error in the patch ?
