Which sampler object for re-pitch like Live ?
Im working on a liveset, with a huge amount of loops and songs to be
triggered/controlled with a Mackie C4.
Im trying to get the loops beatsynced like with Live re-pitch algorithm, I dont want any timestreching/ pitchshifting for this.
Anyone got patches doing similar stuff?
play~ objects controlled by a common phasor~ perhaps?

If you don’t timestrech/pitchshift your loop you will get out of sync.
(Unless you cut up the loops into single events and loop their onset
times, not a beginners task…)
I guess this is also true for Live… (I don’t know Live, but there are
"I dont want any timestreching/ pitchshifting"
This does not make much sense. No time stretching or pitch
shifting means beat slicing. Is that what you mean? If you
are looking for a good Max time stretcher, check out…
Others effects interesting with [stutter~]
i think what he means by no timestretching/pitch-shifting is that he doesn’t want to time stretch and keep the same pitch, nor does he want to shift pitches and keep the same time. he’d like to shorten the sample and have it play at a higher pitch or lengthen the sample and have it play at a lower pitch, which is what ableton’s repitch algorithm does. here’s a super simple demonstration of how to do this with phasor. i believe in the max examples there’s a demonstration of syncing multiple plays with one phasor.

Yeah !!! This is a patch I found, and lost.
Thank you for posting this link again.
Very good patch by the way.
