For the longest time I have been under the impression that if a message gets deferred it will wait until there is nothing going on in any device in my Live set before continuing on its way (not just the device the deferlow is in). It has always seemed to operate that way and I have even relied on it consistently without being disappointed, but I have just come across a circumstance that seems to say explicitly that it's not true. So is this a known thing, one way or the other, or will I have to do more testing to find out? Is it nondeterministic? Will it sometimes wait for messages to finish up in other devices and sometimes not?
