I am controlling my max patch on max 4.6
with a max match on Max 5 using transports:
yet all that I send through udp send/receive are
bangs and text messages.
Udpsend/udpreceive objects network messages in UDP packets.
Unless the global timing of the default transport can be addressed
within a udp packet
I dont know how what you would like to do can be done.
I sort it out programming the other computers' patches just to receive
bangs and messages through udp.
I am very interested into this topic,
I'd like to use timepoints and just givethem a name of my global
transport on the master mac, within a network...
so hopefully some master would help us with this out..
thnx
ciao
