ubumenu bug in WinMAX 4.5.7 when used in collective / pluggo

I remember having seen it on the list before (with a picture, atcually) but can't get a hand on it on google anymore.
I can't use ubumenu in any of my pluggo plugins because the menu is displayed far from where the ubumenu is : it's stuck at the position the ubumenu had in the patch when i built the pluggo...
Very very annoying... Is it fixed in 4.6 ?
Is there an incremental update somewhere for 4.5.7 (i haven't seen one on the C74 site) ?
    best regards

I believe ubumenu is a forbidden object in Pluggo, because the VST standard doesn't allow opening of new windows within a plug-in, which is effectively what's happening with ubumenu, cheers Roger
