Using "cables" - a beginner

    Hello, I have noticed that in the tutorials the "cables" connecting parts of the patches are shaped to fit between the objects perfectly, even crossing beteween them but I only manage to have cable as straight lines, can somebody help me with this? Thank s a lot

      In Max' menus, go to Options and check "Segmented patch cords". And while you're there, have a look at the other options too ;-)

      or hold the shift key down when initially clicking the outlet the patch/cable originates from.
      If I could count the hours Ive spent making my patches legible and perfectly aligned spacing, id probably shoot myself. Its an anal retentive persons dream come true ;)
