video priority..?

I have a question about video priorty. I have three videos playing simaltaniously and I have a motion triggered jit.xfade and the patch seems to be confusing which video to play when both fades are in action. The correct videos play, but they will either flash on the screen or just mix the two vids when I want it to be just one playing at a time. Colud anyone help me with this? I will attach the video portion of the patch if that will help further demonstrate my problem.

Could you elaborate on what exactly is going wrong? Maybe It's me, but I don't really understand what exactly should be the output? I see the three videos playing, one and two can fade, two and three can fade... I changed the line time to fade them slower and together, but I can not figure out what exactly you mean.

It looks like the problem is that both sets of xfades send to the same receive object, which i imagine is the final video out.
essentially, you have 2 [s xfade]'s, which is essentially the same as attaching two sets of outgoing matrices to a single object. Basically, they compete, and you get flashing of both xfades output?
      do something like this perhaps?:
