vst~ and Pristine Space

I tried to use the vst~ with pristine space. The object is initialized with "vst~ 4 4", since I need 4 audio in and 4 audio out. When I do a mouseover, the input inlet reads " vst objects and audio 1" "audio 2" "vst:" "vst:"
The Plug in, the convolution processor "Pristine Space" from voxengo, offers only 2 in's, regardless of my settings
Where should I look for eror? in MAX/MSP or in Pristine Space?
    Thanks

if the vst itself only offers 2 ins, you can not route 4 signals in it..... are you sure your vst can understand 4 ins???
teh best solution would be tu use 2 vst~'s with the same controllers

Hi, Pristine Space can use up to 8 ins, and in cubase, it works well. I tried to avoid a second instance because of memory consumption, but I guess, that is the only way.

if it can, you should be able to use it in one vst~ - i used plug-ins with more than 2 ins, and it worked (absynth and reaktor-made stuff comes to mind...)
