I am working with control points and for me, control points are very useful, but every time I close and reopen the patch control points it doesn't work until I create a new control point. They are transparent, they appear to be on standby.

Is there a way to make them active every time a patch is reopened? Thanks

the most common practice to make something a "parameter" is probably to hook up your GUI to numberboxes and the other way round. then you can do anything with them, for example save the values as a string in a textfile, use the preset object, or whatever.
