Where are the tutorial examples

I'm just looking at some of the online tutorials, which are useful apart from I don't know where the examples are. (I'm looking here: https://docs.cycling74.com/max7/tutorials/00_maxindex) Can someone point me in the right direction? Are they hidden on my hard-drive somewhere from when I installed the demo?
